Youth Hub at Peterborough United
The Youth Employment Hub at Peterborough United's Weston Homes Stadium officially opened on November 6, 2025, representing a significant initiative to support young people in the region. This groundbreaking facility was launched by Pat McFadden MP, Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, alongside Paul Bristow, Mayor of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Purpose and Mission
The Youth Hub serves as a comprehensive one-stop resource centre designed to prevent young people from becoming NEET (not in education, employment, or training). It brings together multiple services under one roof to help young people aged 16-24 transition into work, education, or training opportunities. The hub aims to ensure that no young person in the region feels left behind, providing accessible support in a familiar and welcoming environment.
