If you have lost your physical ticket for home or away games, please email us on tickets@theposh.com giving your Fan ID and/or your seat details and we can arrange a duplicate ticket to be printed.
If your e-ticket has not arrived please first check your junk folders. Otherwise, please email tickets@theposh.com giving your Fan ID and/or your seat details and we can resend the e-ticket. You can also resend your e-ticket by logging into your online account - a video guide of this can be found here.
