Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Peterborough United will happily refund tickets at face value paid (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) if the refund has been requested no later than 7 days prior to kick-off. For away matches where physical tickets are issued, the ticket(s) must be in the possession of the Ticket Office by the time tickets go off sale. Any refund, including delivery and/or booking fees will be at the sole discretion of the Club’s management.

Peterborough United will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.

If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the ticket(s). If a credit/debit card or Apple/Google Pay was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that method will receive the credit for the refund.
